OFC Partners are pleased to be representing a high growth fintech business with operations in Jersey that has recently built out their initial team, they are now looking to strengthen their team with a Treasury Analyst to help them build their business.

Role

To Join our Treasury Team based in Jersey where you will contribute to the Treasury Business function, working closely with the broader finance team, Trade Support Team and Global Execution Teams to assist with Fiat & Cryptocurrency deposits and transfers.

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Execution & Finance Teams
  • Input payments within banking platforms via wire transfer & SEN Network
  • Contribute to a strong working relationship with all banking and custody partners
  • Diligently identify balance discrepancies from the Trading and Support Teams
  • Assist with the onboarding of clients, ensure all required accounts are open and settlement protocols have been tested for each wallet type under the clients SSI’s
  • Assist with the custody movements of all transactions
  • Monitoring in conjunction with our trade support team all movements pre-post trade
  • Maintain a pulse on the sentiment, trading activity and be able to be proactive with assisting internal stakeholders
  • Understand and analyse business needs in order to continually identify areas for process improvement
  • To participate in and contribute in Team meetings as required
  • Adopt, integrate and promote new technology as it becomes available
  • To maintain a detailed knowledge of all relevant systems, keep abreast of changes to such systems and undertake training as and when required
  • Adhere to the relevant regulator’s requirements including the requirement to complete CPD on a regular ongoing basis
  • Keep abreast of, and up to date with, regulatory changes, current market practice and internal procedures to ensure that all dealings on behalf of stakeholders are in compliance with all relevant rules and regulations
  • Meet and communicate with colleagues in other departments to help enhance our processes and procedures, particularly Execution Teams & Support Teams
  • To carry out tasks as instructed by internal departments in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with the rules of any applicable regulatory authority, Crypto exchange and in house practices, including payments and internal cash transfers

You

We are looking for:

  • 2 or more years experience in a detail-orientated background where attention to detail is of the utmost priority.
  • Motivation to succeed and deliver results in line with expectations
  • Experience with investment products with an understanding of FX & Equities
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with strong emotional intelligence
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks effectively
  • Ability to understand challenging problems, find solutions and drive process improvement.
  • A strong understanding of 2 factor authentication and controls for authentication keys
  • Basic understanding of Bloomberg or Currency Exchange platforms and online banking platforms
