Use your Funds Compliance knowledge to add value to a leading fund services business and their flagship clients; managing a team of professionals and reporting into the board. The business has recently attracted significant investment, allowing it the ability to develop and grow further. After a series of significant client wins, they are looking to bolster their regulatory strength by hiring a new Associate Director or Senior Manager in Compliance.

As a senior Compliance professional, you are integral to the growth of the business by being responsible for key regulatory aspects. You will advise Senior Management on regulatory updates, work with other senior members to control the compliance strategy for the Jersey office, find improvements to the compliance monitoring programme, ensure readiness for regulatory visits and continue to ensure best practice. These are just a few of the core duties which will see you create value in the business.

You will be an established compliance professional with strong experience in the Jersey Funds sector; you will have the ability to lead a team, develop professionals and have the ability to communicate technical compliance related information in layman’s terms.
