Assistant Company Secretary – potential for flex hours / part time if needed!
Our client are an acquisitive, non-Private Equity owned, financially stable leader in the international private wealth trust market which also has a growing funds business. As a result of a significant, recent acquisition they have created a new position for a conscientious and diligent Assistant Company Secretary.
Reporting into the Company Secretary and working alongside Senior Management; you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration of the legal entities following this significant acquisition. As a member in key board meetings; you will be an inquisitive and diligent professional with experience in all core Company Secreterial responsibilities.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation and be involved in a core project to integrate two fascinating organisations and be at the forefront of their business operations.
You will have strong experience working within the company secretarial function of a Jersey business, have the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, be able to add value and communicate your ideas. You will not necessarily need to hold the ICSA or ACIS, however it would be preferred.
