Our Story
OFC Partners came to life in 2016 with the vision of being the recruitment partner of choice in the Offshore Financial Services market. Having operated in Jersey for 4 years we are delighted to have (at time of writing!) placed 90+ individuals across Funds, Private Wealth, Family Office, in-house Funds, Corporate Services, Accounting, Compliance and more.

Founder
With increasing regulation, corporate consolidation, more competition and growing client demands; the necessity to attract top talent into the Offshore Financial Services market has never been more vital. OFC Partners has been launched to collaborate with Financial Institutions to bring them the best available talent whilst coaching professionals to develop their career.
On the back of thorough research into the Offshore Financial Services market, OFC Partners has been founded to address the need for a specialised Boutique Recruitment Consultancy bridging the gap between Executive Search and traditional contingency recruiters.
OFC Partners was founded by Doug Newman who is an experienced recruitment professional solely responsible for placing over 100 permanent and contract employees, whilst assisting in the placement of many more into the Financial Services market in London.
In London he developed a deep understanding of how Financial Services works; having successfully worked on behalf of leading Insurance and broader Financial Services businesses, Big 4 practice firms, Investment Banks and Management Consulting firms. This experienced has been strengthened since working across all areas of the Jersey Financial Services market – developing an excellent network of contacts and a unique recruitment proposition.
